Only For A Person Named Woman a.k.a Lady a.k.a Girl a.k.a Female

Dear my blog readers, well actually this post is especially dedicated for women a.k.a gurlz readers this time...(proud to be a female...hehe), I think I should share some beauty tips which I just got from my favorite forum http://www.cosmeticsforum.net/. regarding oily skin...so, my blog this time is especially made for girls a.ka women only..hehe... Well, I'm not so into my appearance, but recently, I noticed that my skin seems to be so oily than usual. When I logged on to my fav beauty-talk forum, only to realize that I missed a.k.a do not eat and sleep well latey...which I know very well what are the consequences will be. Thus, I will share with you tips for oily skin that I got from cosmeticsforum.net admin, Kaew (credit to you...) :

- rich in proteins but restricted in sugar, fluids and salt.
- plenty of leafy green vegetables and fresh fruits.
- even a slight deficiency in vitamin B2 can cause oily skin. Nutritional yeast, wheat germ and organ meats provide both vitamin B5 and vitamin B2. Other good sources of vitamin B2 are whole grains, beans, nuts, and royal jelly. Buckwheat, black beans and whole rice are excellent to supply the body with iron and rejuvenate pate skin.
- drink plenty of quality water to keep the skin hydrated and flush out toxins
- I would suggest at least 8 glasses a day!
- reduce the amount of fat in your diet. Avoid fried and highly seasoned foods. Consume no animal fats, or heat-processed vegetable oils.
- do not cook with oil. Do not eat any oils that have been subjected to heat, whether in processing or cooking. If a little oil is necessary, such as in salad dressing, use cold-pressed canola or olive oil only.
- do not drink soft drinks or alcoholic beverages. Avoid sugar, chocolate, and junk food. Do not drink Pepsi and Coke especially, as there is plenty of sugar.

Well, Kaew said that the tips stated will not change your skin to normal, but will help a lot. As for me, it's such a helpful and informative suggestions. Frankly to say that I won't be able to make all the tips into my daily routine..perhaps two or three parts may work on me....Anyway, gurlz out there, Hari Raya Aidilfitri will be coming soon...hmmm...in just two weeks more...get yourself ready...unleash your best makeover..heheh...
